Carin Rodebjer began producing her own clothes in 1998 while still studying at F.I.T. (Fashion Institute of Technology) in New York. After being spotted on the street wearing her own designs, she started selling at a few high profile stores in New York. Upon returning to her native country of Sweden, Carin Rodebjer started up a fashion design company under her own name: Rodebjer. Carin draws inspiration from diverse sources: bohemian 1920’s Paris to mod Brits of the 1960s - her collection always looks distinctly modern in spite of its retro nods.
